He is a nationally recognized expert in the use of advanced statistical techniques to study transplant care. Currently, he is the Director of Outcomes Research and Quality for Transplantation at a medical university. Dr. Schnitzler also serves as a member of the Scientific Registry of Transplant Recipients.
Dr. Axelrod has a decade of experience in transplant clinical leadership and economic assessment. He currently serves as the Section Chief of Transplant Surgery at a medical university. In addition, he is the Chairman of the Business Practice Committee for ASTS and creator of the ASTS Leadership Development Program. Dr. Axelrod is a nationally recognized leader in transplant economics and management, speaking frequently on these issues.
Dr. Lentine has 9 years of experience applying national registry and other electronic health information to address topics in transplant epidemiology, outcomes and policy. To date she has published more than 120 articles in peer-reviewed journals and frequently presents on these topics. She is currently a professor of nephrology and outcomes research at a medical university, where she also serves as the medical director of living donation.
Mrs. Milton has a 15-year history of transplant clinical and administrative leadership. She currently serves as the Administrative Director of Transplant at a medical university where she oversees a successful thoracic and abdominal transplant program and a staff of 150. She is a nationally recognized leader in transplant administration and is widely sought after for consulting and speaking engagements.
